There Are loads of hosting providers out there to select from, but it is hard to find one with a longer history than that of Rose Hosting. The company asserts that RoseHosting.com was the very first and only web hosting company in the world to offer commercial Linux virtual servers back in 2001 (beneath Rose Web Services LLC) and encourages its customers to confirm the fact on Archive.org. RoseHosting also conducts its own data centre. Hosting Web Icon
Especially, Rose Hosting is a Linux-only hosting organization Specialized in VPS hosting (though the provider also has both dedicated and shared hosting plans now). In addition, this hosting supplier has a strict no overselling policy — a practice that we don’t see regularly in funding / shared hosting marketplace. Some of its notable clients include the Altarum Institute, UPF.org, and Voice IP Solutions.

– Fast and Reliable Hosting
As a whole, Rose Hosting is a really good web host claiming impressive uptime and site speeds; its general uptime list is 99.99percent while the highest site response time was 300 ms — nothing to scoff at. In contrast to other internet hosts I have tracked, the site response time is rather notable. The typical answer time of my other basic WordPress inactive websites range from 1,500 to 2,000 ms — in contrast, Rose Hosting is nothing shy of five times as quickly!
Additionally, Though I haven’t analyzed the support system, I’ve heard nothing but good stuff about the customer support and after sales support for a whole. Again, striking — particularly considering that folks are, generally, a whole lot more likely to split the bad than the good.
– Small cost difference after first term
Unlike a few Other hosting firms, RoseHosting doesn’t jack up their hosting prices after first semester. Take SSD Business such as: signup rate = $9.95/mo, renewal speed = $10.75/mo on annual billing. The distinction is minimal and reasonable.
– Free site migrations for First-time clients
Why stress it When you can allow the pros do all the heavy lifting job? All new customers get totally free site migration support whenever they switch to Rose Hosting.
– RV Site Builder Pro
All RoseHosting Shared hosting plans are bundled with RV Website Builder Pro. This is a huge time saver for both layman and non-technical individual. It is possible to simply construct a very simple site without the need of web development expertise or programming abilities. Hosting Web Icon
– Expect better shared hosting characteristics
At the price of $10.35/mo (Faculties average cost), I would expect to get more in my hosting company.
RoseHosting SSD Business program allows only five domain names and 20 databases. Dedicated IP addresses, Cloud Flare CDN (a $10 is charged for installation fees), daily backup attributes, etc are available for customers who are willing to pay extra.
– Server location at United States just
RoseHosting runs Its data center in St. Louis, Missouri, United States and does not offer alternatives in term of host location. There may be latency problem if majority of your site users are located outside United States.
RoseHosting — User Overview
RoseHosting has Been around for over a couple of years. But to my surprise — there are so few user reviews on the internet. The web host is not even featured on most of the popular hosting review sites.
Summary of consumer review: I found RoseHosting Through a blend of Google searches and after doing a few hours of research I thought I would give them a shot even though I have no expertise with CentOS or Steam. I used their service for around four weeks and during that period experienced zero problems. As Linux was new to me I also submitted half a dozen help desk tickets also spoke to their live chat support many times. Each time I talked with someone they were both knowledgeable and useful, help desk tickets have been typically answered within two weeks.
As Much as the machine goes, I setup and needed three 32-man Team Fortress 2 servers operating on the server combined with three websites. I had some Steam friends hop on the servers several occasions and they all ran fine including boatloads of all addons, sub 100ms ping occasions. Here is the GameTracker connection to a few of the servers as additional evidence. I am not certain how’d they perform under complete stress but with about 20 concurrent users that I saw no change. They also ran multiple Counter-Strike servers nicely.
First installation took approximately 18 Hours but I also ordered at about 3AM on Christmas eve. I emailed for a refund over the weekend and got it today. I actually feel bad for going back and asking for a refund since they helped me quite a little. Overall I was really happy with their service and would recommend them to anybody out there searching for an inexpensive Linux-Based VPS from a trusted company. Hosting Web Icon
