There Are plenty of hosting providers out there to select from, but it’s difficult to find one with a longer history than that of Rose Hosting. RoseHosting is a US-based hosting company located in St. Louis Missouri. Launched in 2001, it had been the very first hosting company to offer Linux virtual servers. The company claims that RoseHosting.com has been the first and only web hosting company in the world to provide commercial Linux virtual servers back in 2001 (beneath Rose Web Services LLC) and encourages its customers to confirm the truth on Archive.org. RoseHosting also runs its own data centre. Webhostingbuzz
Notably, Rose Hosting is a Linux-only hosting company Specialized in VPS hosting (though the company also offers both shared and dedicated hosting plans now). Additionally, this hosting provider has a strict no overselling policy — a practice which we do not see regularly in budget / shared hosting market. Some of its more notable clients include the Altarum Institute, UPF.org, and Voice IP Solutions.

– Quick and Reliable Hosting
As a whole, Rose Hosting is a very great web host claiming remarkable uptime and site speeds; its general uptime list is 99.99% while the highest site response time was 300 ms — nothing to scoff at. In comparison to other web hosts that I have monitored, the website response time is quite notable. The typical response time of the other basic WordPress inactive websites range from 1,500 to 2,000 ms — compared, Rose Hosting is not shy of 5 times as fast!
Additionally, Though I haven’t tested the service system, I have heard nothing but good things about the customer support and after sales support as a whole. Again, remarkable — especially considering that individuals are, in general, a great deal more likely to share the bad than the good.
– Slight price difference after first semester
Unlike some Other hosting companies, RoseHosting does not jack up their hosting costs after first term. Require SSD Business for example: signup rate = $9.95/mo, renewal rate = $10.75/mo on yearly billing. The difference is minimum and reasonable.
– Complimentary site migrations for First-time customers
Why stress it When you’re able to allow the pros do all the heavy lifting function? All new customers receive free website migration support when they switch to Rose Hosting.
– RV Website Builder Pro
All RoseHosting Shared hosting plans are bundled with RV Website Builder Professional. This is a huge time saver for both layman and non judgmental person. It is possible to simply build a very simple site without the need of internet development expertise or programming abilities. Webhostingbuzz
– Anticipate better shared hosting features
At the price of $10.35/mo (Faculties average price ), I’d expect to get more in my hosting company.
RoseHosting SSD Business plan allows just five domains and 20 databases. Dedicated Server IP addresses, Cloud Flare CDN (a $10 is charged for installation fees), daily copy features, etc are only available for users that are ready to pay additional.
– Server location at United States only
RoseHosting runs Its own data center in St. Louis, Missouri, United States and doesn’t offer alternatives in term of server location. There could be latency problem if bulk of your site users are based outside United States.
RoseHosting — User Review
RoseHosting has Been around for at least a couple of years. But to my surprise — there are so few user testimonials on the internet. The internet host isn’t even featured on the majority of the popular hosting review sites.
Summary of user review: I found RoseHosting Through a combo of Google searches after doing a couple of hours of study I thought I’d offer them a shot although I don’t have any expertise with CentOS or Steam. I used their service for about four weeks and during this time experienced zero problems. As Linux was brand new to me I also submitted half a dozen help desk tickets also spoke with their live chat service many times. Every time I spoke with someone they were both knowledgeable and helpful, help desk tickets have been generally answered within two weeks.
As Far as the machine goes, I setup and needed three 32-man Team Fortress two servers operating on the host along with three sites. I had a few Steam friends hop on the servers several occasions and they all ran fine for example boatloads of addons, sub 100ms ping occasions. Here’s the GameTracker link to one of those servers as further proof. I’m not certain how’d they do under full strain but with approximately 20 concurrent users I observed no change. They also ran multiple Counter-Strike servers nicely.
First setup took about 18 Hours but I ordered at approximately 3AM on Christmas eve. I emailed for a refund within the weekend and received it now. I really feel bad for going back and asking for a refund since they helped me quite a bit. Overall I was quite delighted with their support and would recommend them to anybody out there looking for an affordable Linux-Based VPS from a trusted company. Webhostingbuzz
